-Have good technical skills as a process engineer in the field of onshore plants for Oil & Gas industry;
-Know Italian technical regulations and be confident with most important International standards;
-Be able to technically evaluate project documentation;
-Know the importance of HSE requirement when developing and managing a new project;
-Be a good team worker, as he/she will be required to confront him/herself with other disciplines and project management;
-Have a deep knowledge of the most common software tools for process design;
